Commercial Refrigeration
Service call rates are $95.00 hourly with a $55.00 truck charge. Overtime rates apply after 5 p.m. and on weekends. Truck charges are only charged on initial service call. If initial service call requires a return visit with parts, the truck charge is waived on return visit.

Our Preventative Maintenance Service Rates
Our Preventative Maintenance Program is an overall checkup of all systems (refrigeration and/or HVAC). It involves detection of any irregularities diagnosed in equipment performance. It includes standard “throw away” belts and filters. Request of pleated filters will incur additional costs. Preventative maintenance for refrigeration equipment, HVAC equipment, or both is based on a “per piece of equipment” price scale.
